1 loaf of seedless rye bread
1 lb of corned beef
1/2 lb of Swiss cheese
1 jar of sauerkraut
Thousand island dressing
- Slather each slice of bread with a generous amount of dressing.
- Layer half with Swiss cheese, half with corned beef.
- Drain sauerkraut of most the liquid.
- Mound the sauerkraut and top off the sandwich on one slice of the bread.
- Butter each side and cook in a panini press for 5-8 minutes and serve.
