We grow our tomatoes from select seed varieties that are germinated and nurtured in greenhouses until they are ready to be planted. Once fully ripened, our team uses a high-capacity tomato harvester that has been meticulously designed to harvest 60-80 tons of tomatoes per hour. Within hours of harvest, our tomatoes are carefully preserved and shipped to a Dei Fratelli canning facility just 10 minutes down the road to be turned into fresh tomato products.

  • Our Roma tomatoes are categorized as paste tomatoes (less seeds and thick skin) that are ideal for processing and making puree and sauce.
