3 pounds of shredded or sliced roast beef
2 cans of beef consume
1 can of French onion soup
1 1/2 cups of water
2 beef bouillon cube
1 can of mushrooms
2 sticks of butter
2 tsp of garlic powder
A dash of parsley
6 hoagie rolls
1 1/2 packs of provolone cheese


In a medium sized saucepan, mix the beef, beef consume, French onionĀ  soup, water, mushrooms, and boullion cube until hot. Mix the soft butter, garlic, and parsley, and slather it over the sliced hoagie rolls. Broil until the bread is slightly toasted and then layer the cheese on top. Broil until the cheese melts.

Assemble the sandwich with the roast beef and mushrooms, then serve the juice on the side for dipping sauce.
