Sweet and sour sauce
- Sauté ribeye steak with a generous amount of pepper and garlic.
- Drizzle soy sauce and olive oil while the ribeye chunks are browning.
- Chop vegetables and toss in pan with olive oil over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes before serving. The longer you cook the vegetables, the less color they will have.
- Serve with sticky rice, browned steak, and bright vegetables with a drizzle of sweet and sour sauce, sesame seeds, and fresh green onions.
